Quality Control & Export Documentation
Every batch of Elephant Dried Ginger and Desiccated Coconut moves through the same quality checkpoints before it is approved for packing and shipment, so what you sample is what you receive at scale.
Our quality control process
Raw material selection
Ginger rhizomes and coconuts are sourced from selected local farmers and sorted before entering processing.
Controlled processing
Ginger is hybrid-dried (sun drying plus food dehydrators); coconut is processed under controlled fat and moisture parameters.
In-house testing
Moisture, particle size and physical integrity are checked against the product specification before a batch is approved.
Hygienic packing
Approved batches are packed in food-grade materials, with packaging specification confirmed with the buyer beforehand.
Pre-shipment inspection
A final check confirms weight, packaging integrity and documentation before the container is sealed.
